Extended Training Option

Extended Training Option

After the 10 sessions, each athlete will have the option of continuing training in our, where they will perform advanced exercises that may be difficult to perform at home due to equipment and space limitations. Programs will be implemented by professionals and progress will continue to be documented.  Some of the training options include progressing to:

  1. Stack weight equipment
  2. Free weights
  3. Plyometric exercises including box jumps and medicine balls
  4. Speed and agility training

If an athlete decides to continue training in the center, group training will also be an option.
